Kelly Westra Bookkeeping Services is a local business that started in July 2019. Kelly and her team have been in the bookkeeping industry for over 15 years working in many industries. Non-profit, agriculture, commercial, retail, and services.
The team is certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor Platinum and are continuously furthering its education in online Quickbook programs.
Our goal is to learn more with every task. To grow in the bookkeeping field and be of help to those who need and want it. The heart of this team is to serve its clients and help them to do what they do better.

$1,000 - Kelly and her team take care of EVERYTHING!
Invoicing, receive payments, pay bills, process payroll, payroll taxes (*for up to 10 employees), provide basic monthly reports, and work with accountant/auditor annually to complete tax filing and/or non-profit audit process

$300 - You do your own Bookkeeping, Kelly and her team will check your work to ensure that your QuickBooks Online file remains healthy. We reconcile (*up to 3 bank/credit card accounts) monthly, provide basic reports monthly, and work with your accountant/auditor annually to complete the tax filing and/or non-profit audit process.

The Team
Kelly has lived in the Quincy valley her entire life and graduated from Quincy High School in 1996. She has been married for 25 years to her amazing hard-working husband Joe and they have 3 children, Cade, Chloe, and Ethan. She enjoys cooking, camping, and spending time with our very large family.
Brian Michener has lived in rural Eastern Washington his entire life, growing up farming in the lower Yakima Valley and now residing in Kittitas, in the Ellensburg valley. He is married to his wonderful wife Grace, and enjoys raising their three busy boys, Dalton 6, Jack 5, and George 3. They all enjoy the outdoors greatly.
